Lisheen Castle...
Lisheen castle was restored from total ruin between 1995 –2000 by the Everard family. Since then it has operated as luxurious self-catering accommodation, although catering can be arranged upon request. During your stay at Lisheen, the entire castle will be exclusive to you and your party making it a unique experience to be remembered. The castle is located centrally in Ireland in the County of Tipperary, making it very accessible to many of the magnificent sites of Ireland during your stay.
When you enter the beautiful hallway, through the great oak door, you will be immediately impressed by the opulance of the dining room, reception rooms and library. At the end of the long corridor, visitors will see a beautiful ash carved staircase. Upstairs, there are currently 7 luxury en-suite bedrooms. While the emphasis on Lisheen Castle is historical, the facilities are up to today’s standard.
